Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the creation and deepening of interior design solutions such as office space and commercial space
- Communicate with customers, understand their needs, and provide professional design advice
- Complete construction drawings, renderings and related design documents
- Follow up on project implementation to ensure that the design effect is implemented
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in interior design, environmental art design and other related majors
- At least 3 years of experience in interior design, commercial space design experience is preferred
- Proficient in using CAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop and other design software

Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in architecture, nationally registered architect qualification is preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design, with experience in commercial or office projects
- Proficient in professional software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Familiarity with building codes and design processes
- Good communication and coordination skills and project management skills
Project manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall project planning, implementation, monitoring and finishing work
- Coordinate resources from various departments such as design, construction, and procurement to ensure the smooth progress of the project
- Control project schedule, cost and quality to achieve project goals
- Maintain good communication with customers and solve project problems in a timely manner
- Organize project acceptance and complete project summary reports
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in engineering management, civil engineering and other related majors
- More than 5 years of project management experience, experience in decoration or construction projects is preferred
- Familiarity with project management processes and relevant normative standards
- PMP or constructor certificate is preferred
- Excellent organizational coordination skills and problem-solving skills
